Morris Contracting specializes in partnering with institutional investors and banks to remodel their properties that they buy in bulk. We help our clients to get their investments ready for either rent or sale based on their portfolio needs. Morris Contracting has completed thousands of projects while being in this industry for decades. Why we are different
By bringing on some new field managers Morris Contracting is now able to offer our services to the multi family industry by way of remodels and restoration projects. Our staff has a combined 30 years of experience in the single family and multi-family industry. Jason Southerland, who is the “backbone” of our company has been in this industry for over 26 years which has allowed him plenty of time to see changes and learn how to grow and adapt to be better for our clients and our team.
